AGIPRO.dev operates an enterprise-resource-planning platform for healthcare organisations. This policy explains how we handle your data.

1. What we collect

We collect only what's necessary to deliver the service: organisation name, email, phone numbers, and operational records (invoices, purchase orders, healthcare records under access control). Data is encrypted with AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit.

2. Personal & health data

Patient records are subject to the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law, EU GDPR, and US HIPAA (depending on hosting region). We pseudonymise any personal identifier before sending to AI providers.

3. Third-party processors

We use Anthropic (Claude) for AI inference, Twilio/Vonage for telephony, Meta (WhatsApp) for messaging, and ElevenLabs for voice. Each is bound by a Data Processing Agreement.

4. Your rights (GDPR)

You may access, correct, delete, or port your data. Email info@agipro.dev to exercise these rights.

5. Retention

We keep audit logs for 7 years (ZATCA requirement). Sessions and OTP codes are deleted within 24 hours.
