By using the AGIPRO.dev platform you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the platform under your subscription. Source code remains AGIPRO.dev's property unless a separate source-license agreement is signed.
Do not use the platform for unlawful activity, do not attempt to reverse-engineer or copy it, do not share credentials with unauthorised parties. You're responsible for the accuracy of data you enter.
Invoices are monthly or one-time depending on your plan. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled with 30 days' notice. One-time fees are non-refundable 14 days after license activation.
We target 99.5% uptime on cloud hosting. Scheduled maintenance is announced 48 hours in advance. We do not guarantee AI-generated results — every consequential decision passes through a human-approval gate.
Aggregate liability is capped at fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect damages (lost profits, lost data, reputational harm).
Governed by Saudi law for Saudi customers; German law for EU customers.
